This social platform has recently been created and your feedback is greatly valued as we move forward and make it more and more comprehensive and user friendly.

Be sure to complete the hugging life baseline in the first few day of your journey and be in contact with Hugging Central to have an initial conversation to get you started and to schedule your hugging check-ins to support your journey most powerfully.

The reality is that anything is possible and huggers have already achieved so much. We at Hugging Central couldn’t be more excited about what will occur as the true power of international hugging keeps progressing. We at Hugging Central are super excited about what you will create.

Look at this as a learning process to discover how to be powerful in action for 21 days. This is all done in the ((space of a hug)). Meaning that it’s important to be patient with yourself and supportive as you move forward on this journey. The more you can share about your successes and challenges the more others can discover all of the different paths a 21 day hugging journey can take.

It’s also powerful to have a hugging accountability buddy and to share on social media. The Hugging Ambassador, Gary Havel Jr. completed his 21 day journey on Facebook Live and this made his journey increasingly powerful. I have also really enjoyed being live on social media.

If social media isn’t your cup of tea you can journal about your journey and you can do that on your profile and you have the option whether or not you want to share what you are creating with other huggers. Most important to us at Hugging Central is that you do the journey in the way that has you most comfortable, excited and in the Hugging Zone.

Action steps to starting your 21 day hugging journey

1. Sign up to receive support emails for your Hugging Journey!
2. Declare in this moment that you are starting your 21 day hugging journey today and and set your intention or goal. This may be as simple as “I am going on a 21 day hugging journey to create more adventure in my life, be closer to my family, be more fit, or be happier at my job. This doesn’t limit you to any one area. It gives you energy to start to discover what you will create. Don’t get hung up on getting the intention correct be in action about starting NOW. You may choose to do this on social media or however feels most meaningful and supports your goals. Some people do it privately in their own journal.
3. Determine who you want to be your hugging accountability buddy and make concrete plans to reach out to them later today or contact them right now. You don’t have to have an hugging accountability buddy and it is highly recommended. This is a powerful tool to keep you grounded, focused and present with consistency on your journey. If you aren’t able to find a hugging accountability buddy please reach out to Hugging Central and we will help to connect you.
4. Complete the HUGGING LIFE BASELINE PRE-TEST
5. Create an overview of some concrete actions and plans you have for the next 21 days and put them on your calendar for each of the next 21 days
6. After you have completed your 21 Day Hugging Journey complete the HUGGING LIFE BASELINE POST-TEST
