Action steps to starting your 21 day hugging journey

  1. Make sure you’ve signed up to receive support emails for your journey.
  2. Declare in this moment you are starting your 21 day hugging journey today and and set your intention or goal. This may be as simple as “I am going on a 21 day hugging journey to create more adventure in my life, be closer to my family, be more fit, or be happier at my job. This doesn’t limit you to any one area. It gives you energy to start to discover what you will create. Don’t get hung up on getting the intention correct be in action about starting NOW. You may choose to do this on social media or however feels most meaningful and supports your goals. Some people do it privately in their own journal.
  3. Determine who you want to be your hugging accountability buddy and make concrete plans to reach out to them later today or contact them right now. You don’t have to have an hugging accountability buddy and it is highly recommended. This is a powerful tool to keep you grounded, focused and present with consistency on your journey.   4. Complete the HUGGING LIFE BASELINE PRE-TEST
  5. Create an overview of some concrete actions and plans you have for the next 21 days and put them on your calendar for each of the next 21 days
  6. After you have completed your 21 Day Hugging Journey complete the HUGGING LIFE BASELINE POST-TEST
